Obesity is a physical condition which results from fat storage in our bodies and which can lead to several health disorders. An obese person carries the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

Boil a cup full of water (make it lukewarm). Mix juice of 1 lemon and 2 tsp of honey. Take 1 glass of this water every morning on empty stomach continously for 3-4 months.
You can also add 1/2 tsp pepper powder to the water.

Cabbage is a good option for reducing obesity.

Ripe tomatoes are known to reduce extra body fat. Consume 2 ripe tomatoes in the breakfast.

Caution: Remember while lemon juice & honey mixed with lukewarm water is a sure natural cure remedy for reducing / melting the body fat, only lemon juice actually increases fat.
